Hello! This is a new tab on my website where I plan to post my favourite recipes; some my own, some chosen from the vast collection of the ones I like! As promised the first recipe will be that of my award winning cake, as served to and admired by Fortnum & Mason customers in their Gallery Restaurant last Easter time.
This cake is moist, gluten free and if you omit cream cheese frosting, it is also dairy free. It can be frozen so making a double measure and freezing one cake makes sense as it is a little time consuming process, but really worth it.
