Rhubarb Apple Jam & Beer

More than the sum of its parts: young rhubarb, Granny Smith apples and lemon juice are infused overnight in sugar syrup with a little pilsner to be turned next day into a delicious, subtle, jam with a difference.

Ingredients: Rhubarb, Apple, Sugar, Lemon juice & Pilsner Beer

Will last unopened for 2 years. Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 4 weeks.
